Can I buy a single template or extension?
Yes, If you only need a single tempalte or a single extension you can purchase a single item. The product page will show the puchase price of that individual item.
To purchas a single item just go to the product page that you wish to purchase and click the Buy Now button.
Do you provide documentation and support?
Yes of course. The main menu of our site provides a link to the documentation and support areas.
How long do you provide support?
Product support is provided for the period of your active membership subscription.
Do you have a support forum?
No, and we have a very good reason for this. Our previous experience has shown us that support forums are not only inefficient, but also that sometimes other members tend to give inaccurate advice which frustrates and confuses our members.
We can control accurate information and offer much more personalized support for our members via our support ticketing system. This could possibly change in the future but for now all support is handled through our support ticket system.
What happen after my subscription runs out?
You may continue to use the templates and extensions, however support, access to updates, and access to new releases will not be available.

Unlike other template clubs and providers, we do not impose limits like this.
